I like the "quietness" of it... I suppose stars not being in the background would seem an obvious missing element, but without them, it generates a really serene mood.
....with this one, I like the idea behind the words you wrote, but I don't feel it as deeply as I would like... the layout, phrase and size of things, independent as well as in combination are competing with itself for your attention.
