Artist's Comments
Working more and more on planet making. I'm working with a few new techniques that I thought would be interesting to try. Now when I create the shadow layer, I also create a atmosphere hue layer, to create more changes to the atmosphere as the shadow moves across the planet. This layer is smaller than the shadow layer so I can move it about where I like.
Also I've been working on texturing alot more. I still have a bit to go with on this area, but its coming along. Also clouds are coming out very nicely. everytime I put one of these together they get better each time. I'm quite proud of this one.
I really would enjoy some feed back, please point out anything you see that looks odd so I can work on correcting it.

I think what I interpret as being clouds don't "feel" as 3D as I'm guessing they would look... more "fluffy"... varying in opacities and texture, perhaps?
I get the idea its more like snow on mountain tops than clouds, in other words.
